Generally a nice experience with the mechanics and secretary. I have used Bosch on several occasions and they have done fine jobs at what I asked them to do (ECU and engine fan diagnostics, general service, radiator bleeding, spark plug installation).. However, on my last two visits, when solving one problem, there were problems that then arose from negligence on their part. (i.e. radiator leak from not tightening the hose clamp enough and, most recently, a fuel line to the engine that had been loosened from working on the spark plugs. After 10km spewed petrol out of my bonnet and could have caused a fire).. In both cases, I managed to fix the problems myself, but it is for this lack of attention to detail that I will never go back again.

They fixed my auto-electric problem successfully in good time. Not too expensive either. If only they had a fetch and drop service it would all be perfect as there is not much place to park at the premises and I had to walk quite a distance to and from home while my car was seen to. Will use again.

Great diagnostics and customer service!

Went in for an annual service and to repair a miss-fire. Left with an incorrect air filter so small to be non-functional, and although said to be fixed no change in the misfire! (later another business diagnosed a faulty coil). Do not recommend at all!

Best place to fix and service your car, i had issue with my engine, VW claremont & other VW specialist they struggled with it but Ali got it and fix it, he know what he is doing and he is very honest

BEWARE !!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!! Blew my engine and now refuses to return my vehicle for 3rd party inspection. 5 months in and going court. They consistently broke my car & returned it worse every time, lied and now refuse to return it even on lawyer demands. My vehicle is as good as stolen/BER/FUBAR. Costing me a fortune. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE, check hellopeter ++ for reviews. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
