Took my recently purchased 2nd hand Ranger in to have a small issue seen to. Rather than making a booking and sending me away to come back another day the workshop manager saw an opportunity to sort it out immediately. I took a quick walk to the shop and it was fixed when I got back. Fast, efficient and willing. Great Service. Happy Customer.

Ford Paarden Eiland just want to say a big thank you. My Engine packed up. My warranty ended in May 2020. Damage was done to my engine which i could not afford at the time. I was willing to sell the car as is, Reason being i could not afford the repair job .They manage to meet me 80% and purchase all parts for repair job. All that was required of me was to pay for Labour. Once again BIG thank you and you definitely have a client for LIFE.

I bring Ecosport in December for engine warning light on and they wanted to change me the complete engine, clutch, muffler more than 100,000 rand of cost . The damage was only the head gasket. Ill never go there again. Incompetent service.

My car broke down(still under warranty) over easter weekend, on Tuesday it got towed to this dealership. I had to call numerous times to hear whats wrong with the car and to get a curtesey car. A week later I had to call again to hear when I will be able to get my car. Their service and telephone communication is non existant tbh, its really disappointing as I am a big Ford fan. But after this experience I am just frustrated and not a fan at all :(

I purchased a second hand single cab in the beginning of October 2020 with a license disc that had expired at the end of September 2020. Motus Ford conveyed that there is a 2 week backlog(due to Covid) at the licensing department but they will complete the licensing and registration. After many conversations via phone and email. No clear answer has been provided on when the licensing of the vehicle will be finalised. As of today 11/12/2020 [a couple of months later] I am still eagerly awaiting my vehicles licensing.

This dealership was truly just amazing. We are from bloemfontein and we were on holiday when we bought our vehicle. Lyle was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in right throughout until the end, with finance the way I wanted it, after sales issues, getting registration done in Bloem etc. We wish we could continue letting this branch handle our issues and services etc in bloem seeing as the bloem branch is absolutely PATHETIC! Bought sleeve nuts from parts department. I phoned them in the morning, spoke to David who was super friendly and helpful, another branch had stock, i said i can pick the nuts up at 1 om. He phoned me around 11.30 to say he had them, i was there at 1 pm and David was still so very friendly. Great experience dealing with Imperial Ford.

Went to a a quote and trade in valuation for my daughter on Friday morning.Sales Lady not professional.1. Queried my knowledge of finance options as if I was not supposed to know.2. Then asked if deal was cash or finance.3. When after hours having not received my quotes I queried and was told sorry I have she had been to busy.4. When asking some facts was told just left and would call me at 10 on Saturday.I cannot believe that business is so good....but no thanks to Imperial.

On Friday 5 July, I had my Ford Kuga towed into the delarship to be repaired (suspected burst water pipe).On Tuesday, 9 July I have called in 3 times during the course of the day and each time I was transferred between the workshop & reception. I was simply trying to get an update on the vehicle and to relay any additional information I believe the workshop should be aware of before they start working on the vehicle.On each attempt I was asked to leave my name, telephone number and vehicle details and I was told that someone would call me back shortly. Not one of my calls were returned.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I have EVER experienced. I only took my car in for a service and to replace a few minor parts. Firstly, when I dropped off my car, there was another customer there who was FURIOUS with the branch and was raging on for about 30min in the waiting room as she waited for someone to fix her problem. That should have been a warning to me.Next, they took 3 whole days to administer a simple service, whereby I had to phone to see when it would be finished each day. Upon my return to collect the car, I found out that none of the replacements were made as they were waiting for parts. This is fine, but then send my car BACK in the meanwhile instead of just keeping it there!! PEOPLE NEED THEIR CARS, you know.Anyway, it took ANOTHER 3 days to just get a quote back for the parts after constantly requesting it from them. I honestly think Im going to take the car to another branch, or better still, a different company altogether.

I had to take it back twice as parts were loose.Today I receive a fine for my old car which I traded in. Struggled to get the service consultant to phone me back, struggled to be picked up after my car was serviced, got there and my cars key was missing, waited another 20 min while they were looking for the keys - not impressed - Update: Its 4 months later and I am yet to be contacted. My car is due for another service, when I checked my book this morning I saw Imperial ford Paarden eiland never stamped my service book from the previous time I was there. I would appreciate it if I could be contacted and my book stamped ASAP!

Im taking back my review. Only amazing service before you sign. After that you dont get calls or feedback from the salesman. We bought a Ford Kuga a year ago, never been told that it had a motor change. We waited for the service book for months needless to say we are still waiting on the spare key. Honestly thought buying from a reputable dealership like Ford I would have no problems. Im now sitting without a car for a month now because its been taken apart, to be told it needs a new motor and the cost will be 80k to replace. We have called the manager of Paarden Island last year and are still waiting for some kind of a response. Extremely disappointed that they would sold a car and not be completely honest.
