I popped in here to source a Reservoir Bottle Cap which I could not find anywhere else because this particular Ford is an imported model.The salesman found 1 such item on their system and proceeded to place an order with their factory, so I am awaiting the part promised in approximately 3 days, I will keep you posted.Situated on the main road in Diep River in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, opposite the Diep River Police Station Motus Ford is well signposted but has very little off street parking as they also have their Showroom on the same premises.I basically only dealt with their Spares Department which seems to be efficient with service and knowledgeable on parts.The part arrived on time and I was immediately informed by the salesman when it did, I proceeded to collect and fit the part, I am 1 happy customer. I change my rating from 4 stars to 5 because of their excellent follow up service, well done guys.I highly recommend Motus Ford Diep River, oh and did I mention they sell Fords, new and used too.

From the moment I walked in there, I was greeted friendly and the lady at the reception immediatly knew about me and why I am there. The salesman was friendly and helpfull. Extremely expensive for labor and parts. Vehicle had an issue, R40 000 and more than a week later, vehicle still had the Same problem. Vehicle taken back and 4 days later, another diagnosis was made on the initial problem, with a quote of another R15 000!!!

Very bad experience with Motus Diep river, staff are nice but the workmanship is poor. received my bakkie back with my LED bar disconnected, fuse box clips broken and also plastic clips holding pipes broken in the engine bay. I would complain and send it back but my vehicle was there for 3weeks going back n forth because of an issue that took them forever to resolve - I will never come back

Hi.I bought a Everest from you Motus Ford Dieprivier. The vehicle was delivered on the 11 of July 2020. The sales person said with the lock down the registration and licensing will take some time. Almost every week I contacted the salesman to ask for an update. Today is the 1st of October. 2020. I had to go and renew 2 of my other vehicles licenses. They did not want to give them as the Everest is not licensed. So I payed for it to get done. Then I was told that it needs to go through Road Worthy again. I already paid for this. Is a great vehicle that has me smiling every time I drive it, but I have been patient long enough. The Dealership has my number. Can someone please help. Willem Vermeulen

The Dealer Principal,I have lodged a complaint with Kobus your Service Manager on 30 July 2020, relating to a matter where i was advised that my daughters vehicle is no longer within her maintenance plan and this caused delays with her vehicle service and nearly resulted in me incurring financial loss by having to pay for a service for which i was not liable or by purchasing a new maintenance plan! This matter i regard in a very serious light, it is just a pity that nobody else at Motus Ford Diep River sees this oversight in the same way. I was solemnly promised by Kobus that he will investigate this major oversight and revert back to me by Friday 31 July 2020. No response was forthcoming by 4.50pm on 31 July, hence me calling in on Friday and left a message for Kobus to pleaae call me, but as of 3 August 2020, no response from him or your branch! All round pathetic service from the time i droppped the vehicle off there...such a pity that after 3 years the service experience has become so abysmal!!!!Terence Hermanus4 August 2020 The response from Kobus and Motus Ford Diep River to my complaint has been nothing short of impressive!! It has been nothing short of exhausting. Theyve now got my daughters car forc3 days and theyve managed to completely stuff up her radio, blue tooth and voice activation, after being told everything on the Bluetooth was working. Theyve actually managed to break it and more even though we were told the technicians had fixed everything. It literally doesnt work at all and the manager didnt have a clue as to what, how or anything to do with Bluetooth worked, yet ge was going to now connect her phone. Over 25 phone calls from myself to them in 2 days and the car is worse off. Does anyone at the branch actually know what they are doing? Seriously!!!

Absolutely love my car but the experience at Ford Diep River was not great. When I received my demo model Fiesta in 2016 the factory floor mats had been replaced with new ill fitting 3rd party mats. When questioned original replacements where’s offered... provided that I paid half. When I took delivery of the car after the first service, I found the the edge of the door had all the paint scrapped off the edge, apparently the wash bay had an incident.

1 hour job ended up taking 3 days because of inefficiency and incompetenceReply to owner: I understand the process of ordering and waiting for parts and dont expect every part to be kept on hand. However, I was informed that the WRONG part had been ordered and this to me is unacceptable. On top of this, on the third day I was told that even though the part had arrived in the afternoon, the workshop might not be able to fit it that day. Had I not insisted that car be done by the end on business day it probably would have taken four days.

Completely useless, disinterested and out to rip the customer off. Bought a part (which took much longer to deliver than they said), they refused to explain how to install it and tried to charge me double the cost of the part to.install it. Got Mekor Ford in Claremont to not just explain but install it for free. They also blatantly lied to me and stated that I would not be able to install the part due to its complexity - Mekor iinstalled it in 2mins. My wife took her old car in for a service and they tried to charge her for unnecessary things - took the car to another dealership for a second opinion and we were told that none of the items listed needed to be changed. Place is also run down and staff look rough and untidy.

Bought a car eco sport 2019 model at Diep river ford imperial brand new car 4 weeks later the service light went on was ask to bring car in to get checked out 3 hours later i had to call on the service manager coz no one seemed to be bothered bout me sitting in the waiting room then i had to shout to get my point thru to him and he got more frustrated then me i mean how does a brand new cars service light go on and then after 3 hours of assesment u being told two wires were loose really now really bad after sales service will never advise anyone to buy cars from u guys while sitting e hours two clients came in with problems and i hope they got helped will have to take them to the ombuds man not happy with them at all i was told they dont built the cars ......

Had an extremely bad experience. Firstly, no one bothered to call as promised. Had to call back numerous times. Despite me running after them and following up from my side they still did not have my vehicle ready in time as promised. On top of that one of the consultants made a derogitory remark about gays in front of all the customers. Extremely poor taste and lacking in custoner service. Wont go back there again..,.

***REVIEW ON WORKSHOP***Firstly the customer service I have received from the service advisor, workshop manager and dealer principle is extremely poor. No one ever phones or emails you back. My car has been sitting at Ford since the 1st August. Since then the communication has been shocking. The last time I have spoken to someone was on the 13th of August in which I was told the parts were arriving on 15th August and now it’s the 20th August and I’m still left in the dark. Dealer principle doesn’t reply to my emails either which I sent over a week ago.extremely poor device especially after the fact my car spent a month at Ford already for this Issue already earlier this year.

Very unethical and a pathetic service from people who only care about profit not the service. Got charged 6k for service and the next 4 days the car overheated and to notice they didnt put water nor change the oil that they ridiculously charged a 1000 Rands! They denied it all. Picked up a nail in my tyre and.was not aware of this. The noise seemed like their was something.knocking on the diff on my kuga. Took it to the dealer at diepriver.I was told at the end of the day it was my shocks that needed replacement.on this new kuga and I must go and get a shock report .After all this hassles of leaving the car at the dealer and getting a full shock report that I had to pay for discovered that it was a nail in the tyre causing all this hassles. Shocking to see that a qualified mechanic at ford could not even pick up a puncture on a vehicle. At least I know that Ford actually has a good run flat tyre supplied on my vehicle. Thank God for that at least. The question is where do I now take my ford for a service as I have no faith in the mechanics at diepriver especially after they cost me allot of unnecessary money of which the car still has a full service plan.

My 2 and half year old Ford Fiestas (52 000kms on the clock) cooling system packed up about a month ago. After 1 phone call informing me of the extent of the damage and the cost of the repairs, i have yet to hear a thing from the dealership. This after I enquired about the vehicle warranty during that one phone call. This is not the first time i have had unsatisfactory dealings with this dealership. Not bringing my car to this dealership again.

Took my car in for a service, the cleaning crew broke the centre console. Took it back in to get it fixed and have a bearing replacement which wasnt in stock for my original service, once again I got my car back with another broken panel. The manager said there was no conclusive evidence that they had caused the damage and refused to fix it.Do yourself a favour and go to ford in Lansdowne.

Terrible service from the branch. Car has been on site for 6 weeks already, and I have to call every week for an update. The staff seem to be more irritated by me because I call constantly.This morning I called the LAN line 4 times already between 07h45 & 10h27 - No answer.My car is not even 3 yrs old yet, and already Im waiting on a new Engine.... I dont recommend this branch, I dont recommend a Ford at all. Once the Sale has been made, the client becomes just another number

Just spoke to Esra Sayeed. The costs of a maintenance plan were added to my vehicle contract agreement. That maintenance plan has expired ONE YEAR AGO. The payover was done to the dealer and they can request a refund from their underwriter and pay same to the Bank. But they wont. And insist I need to pay R290.88 EVERY MONTH UNTIL THE VEHICLE CONTRACT EXPIRES. For a maintenance plan I cannot claim from!! Be afraid car buyers, be very afraid of Imperial Diep River.

I phoned in on friday 14 july to make a service booking for my sons car. The earliest available one was for 2 weeks from my call . As i was concerned about the brakes making strange noises , i asked if i could just bring in the car to have a look at or advise me if its safe to drive. i was bluntly told by Nicole to please make the booking or take the booking. it was as if i was wasting her time and she was doing me a favour. I then took the booking but asked if there was a another Ford i could go too.i phoned Ford Claremont where i was received by a polite and helpful consultant. i received an immediate appointment for the monday and also answers to my questions and not made to feel to be a burden.in future i will not even consider phoning servicing or even buying a car from Ford Diep River. The owners should ensure that there clients first encounter with there company be a pleasant, friendly and a helpful one.
