Just took my car into Phoenix Coachworks this morning to have quite a big dent and scratch removed. Not only were they polite and professional, they gave me an incredible service. My car looks brand new again, they gave it a wash and i got my car back in record breaking time. Id definitely recommend Phoenix Coachworks to anyone that needs cosmetic repairs done to their vehicle.

Phoenix Coach Works was recommended to me by a friend. They were the 3rd place I visited for a quote to repair damage to my right front door. I was immediately assisted by Clynton who discussed the damages with me in person. He took photos and conferred with the person in charge of the workshop before giving me a detailed quote. While I waited I was treated to a complimentary cappuccino from the coffee shop next door. They were the most affordable quote by far and the only repair place to offer to fix the damage instead of quoting me to replace everything at a massive cost. My car is a simple run-around and so paying 30% of the remaining amount owing on some repairs was not logical for me. I was able to book my car in for repairs on the same day I called back to initiate the repairs and was lifted back home. 2.5 days later they called called to confirm the vehicle was ready for collection (as per the estimate). Not only did they repair the specified damages but also kindly sorted out various minor scratches and restored my old black plastic bumpers. I highly recommend their work and customer service which I felt was elevated, personalised and thorough. I found them to be extremely efficient and professional. Finally! People who take pride in their work and care about the customer. Both of the other repair shops I went to for quotes sent a non-technical person from the front desk out to simply take photos, my details and mailed me a quote a day later which left me with a feeling like they couldnt really be bothered about whether I returned or not. Phoenix Coach Works also do general mechanical work and will be my go-to from now on! Thanks team!

Iv been to Phoenix more than a few times and I can always count on them doing a fantastic job on all my dents and marks on my Ford Ranger. Customer service is great!

I made it clear to James ,the boss or manage, that I would only leave my seat for upholstering if I could definitely get it back on Friday. I dropped it at with them on Wednesday at 2:00pm. On Friday at 12 :30 I found out it would only be ready on Monday and so I had to collect my seat in the same state I delivered it.

Great timeous service. Despite setbacks still managed to finish the job on time. Five stars 👌
