M&R Coachworks are the best. In all the years I have always asked taken my vehicles there and I will never take it anywhere else. From minor little dings to full body spray. I have always been extremely happy. Always received exemplary service from them. The Manager Marco always goes over and above for his clients. Well done guys, keep doing great work .

Stay away from this company. Please insist that your insurance does not use this company for your car. Poor quality control. You will have to spend months trying to get them to fix issues that they created.

Great service! Very helpful and friendly staff (Marco and Peyton thank you so much), they collected my vehicle and helped out with a courtesy car. Very happy with the final result and they are also on point with ensuring health and safety during the Covid pandemic. Great workmanship. Well done boys! All and all very happy.

I had my car repaired with M&R Coach-works through the Insurance recommendation. Upon completion the spray work was like orange peel in places, they quickly polished and resprayed while i waited and waited. When the car came 2 hours later I just wanted to leave since it was already five and signed they claim papers they pushed onto me. Turned out a big mistake since.. see later. When I started having problems with my passenger door it turned out that they had worked on that, even though it was not on the job -- they said it was usual to do fading so the color matches (on a white car). Now my door occasionally does not unlock and I have to exit via the passenger door. Why would your panel shop respray your door when they only worked on the front bumper -- and without charge? Why would the door not work properly anymore?The really big mistake however was that they got me to sign the incorrect claim papers, so claiming to another work they quoted on, but never did. Turns out between them and the insurer its impossible to have this sorted out. Whether deliberate or by mistake the error is costing me unprecedented effort and frustration.Please do not allow your insurance to bully you into using this Coach-works, they have a long way to go before they can offer a professional service. They will never call you back and try and fob you off with guarantees and meaningless assurances. Dont do it!

Frustrating to say the least, how you take too long to email a quotation that you actually charge for. My sister had to email you concerned how late her quotation was from you guys thats when you did send her quotation. As if that wasnt enough, you messed up the name and year of the car. Information that was filled out on a form when she requested the quotation, how could you get that wrong? Now she has to email you again for corrections, over a week! Your email correspondence and quotation delivery sucks.

Unhappy with the service of this establishment and would not recommend it. I took my car in to be assessed, as per instruction from my Insurance Broker. At this stage my insurance broker indicated that we do not require to an Insurance Claim in order for me to get quotations. I disclosed this with M&R at the start of our meeting. Nothing was communicated with me in this regard i.e. that this may hinder the quotation process. Photographs of the damage was taken by M****, who I assume is the business owner. I was positive that I would receive exemplary service based on our encounter. He seemed very congenial and willing to assist. It was mentioned that I would receive a quote by the next day. The next day came, Friday 10 May, I asked if the quote was sent to my email. The receptionist, C*******, said, Are you sure you never received it yet?How there is uncertainty regarding this, is beyond me. Surely, M&R should know if the estimator sent the quote. Weekend passes, I call again. I am told the estimator takes 24hr to 48hrs to send the quote. I give the Monday , business day, and call again on the Tuesday. I am frustratingly put on hold again. Three to five minutes holding while C******* tries to find my information or who knows what she is doing as the same repetitive questions are asked regarding my vehicle particulars. I am completely flabbergasted by the immaturity and lack of professionalism here. She indicates she will find out from the estimator what the quote is. According to her, he must have sent it already.This is NOT the first time you have heard of me. Days pass... please bear in mind that since 9 May 2019, I have received no forthcoming information or communication from this company regarding my assessment. On 21 May, I called again, I have to painstakingly mention my vehicle particulars again and my insurance details. AT THIS STAGE of communication, C then indicates that they cannot provide a quote without the insurance claim number. I am appalled by this. How has it taken two weeks of MY attempts at communication to get to this point. I asked to speak to the owner, M, No, he is not available right now. Me: Do you know when hell return? Courtney: No. I dont. Me: Will he be in office tomorrow? Courtney: No. But, you can try calling again tomorrow. Me: What is his direct number? C: He doesnt have one. Me: Does he have an email address? After each question theres a pause... so frustrating how I am the one asking all these questions as a solution to this is not forthcoming.This is the level of communication I was afforded. This one ended conversation. It is truly unbelievable.I have not heard from M&R coachworks since 9 May. Not once was communication sent to me regarding my assessment. I have received absolutely No feedback from the photographs taken. All communication with this company was at my expense. Every single phone call was made by me. Promises to return my calls were unfulfilled by this company.Client satisfaction and common courtesy is simply not a priority.

I had an accident with my car and it was booked in at M&R Auto Body, the time for repair was 10 to 12 days, my car was finished in 7 days sooner than i expexted, it was a good suprise when they called me, needles to say my car looked like new again i couldnt even see where it had been damaged and the accident was very bad and even the colour was the same. I want to say thank you for the excellent service, especially to the lady Courtney who updated me every 2 days with the progress on my car and to the great managagment and all the very friendly staff. I will be recomending all my friends and family to M&R Auto Body. Thank you M&R Auto Body.
