The staff at Ludskis are very friendly and helpful, I was attended to promptly and with a smile.

Their work is outstanding, the only problem is that they promise to get back to you when you want information but they dont. They delay on finishing the repairs on the expected date. Otherwise they are great.

Workmanship is acceptable, however, service is lacking a bit

My insurance sent me to this place, absolutely pathetic, it went it for a touch up spray on the drivers door and when I got my car back my husband noticed my headlights have been changed. They actually stole my brand new headlights and replaced it with fogged and water stained lights, I was furious. It being a Friday I called them the following Monday. When I arrived there the Tuesday the manager suggested that the lights were possibly mistakenly taken out and showed me a new headlight. He insisted I take a look at footage of my car, I refused because I wanted to see them put the lights back into my car, but the manager insisted otherwise, keeping in mind that this is a workshop filled with men, and I am woman alone with two toddlers. I went to the office to few the footage, this guy took forever obviously stalling, in the meantime they did not put my own headlights back but instead polished the fog and water stained headlights. This place is pathetic I will never recommend it, besides the headlights, everything in my car was stolen, car chargers, USB cables, money, sunglasses etc even my dip stick was stolen.

I called Ludski today asking for touch-up paint. I waited for near 10 minutes while they gave me the run around and kept me on the line after repeatedly trying to connect me to another line within the same building. The building is not that big, Ive been there. If you do not want to help me, dont, but dont waste my time forcing me to hang up.I really hate you guys right now.
