Service was good from day 1 till I receive my vechile back msge was sent regularly to update me how far in process my vehicle is Im happy and my vehicle is also happy 💯

My car went in for repairs after accident... They communicated very clear process and progress. Did an excellent job on bodywork and said, if at any point after Im unhappy or concerned, I can come back. Amazing job, cant even see it was in an accident!

Friendly, but more importantly - excellent service! Used them some years ago & have even changed my insurance to use them again because my insurance insisted I use AM (dont want to put that companys full name, shocking service). I can not say more than I highly recommend Durbanville Body Works!

These guys surprised me with customer service and kept me up to date like I have never seen before. The repairs were also done very nicely. I got the impression that this place is a well oiled machine and was told with honesty where things went wrong in the process and still delivered my car on time. Who can ask for anything more. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Based on my experience with them I would recommend and return to them if ever required as no 1 choice.

Will not recommend at all! My car had to go back for the third time. We had no other option to get our Insurance company to do an assessment and send it back a last time before using another company for which Durbanville Bodyworks would be responsible. It took weeks for just a small job. Bumper had to be replaced and resprayed to match white colour. No correspondence during the time that our car was in their workshop. Busy with our insurance company questioning them for even sending our car to them for repairs. Less than 1 star.

Fairly good customer care, they seem to show a real interest, but the actual work is no good. I think they have become to busy and treat my vehicle like its at a sausage factory . Wouldnt go back

I had my car with them and believe me I will never recommend anyone. Still waiting for my vehicle that went in on 17 November 2015 was suppose to be finished 20 November 201. All I hear is they had problems and seems that they cant resolve the problem. Will take my vehicle to Orbit Coachwork to fix what they cant do timelessly.

Durbanville Body Works repaired my car and I received excellent service, from the Receptionist throughout to the person who handed me over, after everything was completed. I was informed telephonically of progress as well as by means of text messages indicating at which workstation my car was now pulling.
