I was very impressed with Car Pluss service. They removed the dent on my boot as if by magic. When I came to pick up my car it was beautifully cleaned and polished and almost looked better than when it was new. Thanks to the technician and team for an outstanding job.

We had our car washed and vacuumed at Car Plus Bayside Mall, and we were very impressed with the professional and friendly service received!They were very busy and promised that our car would be ready in 2 hours. When we arrived 2 hours later, they were doing final checks to ensure that all was finalised perfectly!I highly recommend Car Plus Tablebay Mall - next time you go shopping, drop your car off at Car Plus - you will not be disappointed!!

The only reason I gave 2 stars is its convenient and the staff are friendly. Other than that I dont have anything positive to say, this is the 3rd time I have been too Car Plus - each time because it was convenient, but after the way my car was cleaned last week I will definitely not be returning.Perfect 10 in Burgundy Estate are a little more expensive but they do an absolutely amazing job, the owner inspects each car before he allows it to leave.

I regretfully decided to once again go back to this place, I had my car washed their and then the next day a full valet on my second car. Needless to say that the first car that had a basic wash, was done better than a R800 full valet. There was dust everywhere still, dirt on the boot etc. When I called to complain I was told they were probably in a rush!!!!!!! Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

Do not bother, not interested in returning. Put up a sign that the despite the price, clients will provide training by means of returning their vehicle to be redoneBoot was not cleaned. In between the seats, not cleaned either. Charged R120 for a very bad job.

Not bad, not pricey, but not great attention to detail or a high level of finish.

Overall happy, they were able to Valet my car on a weekend which was great, the only reason for the 4 star is that I expected a better shine on the polish(compared to when I do it myself), but other than that I would use them again. Was really happy with the upholstery cleaning, that was perfect!

Was quite disappointed with the end result. Car looked ok while we were there ( in the dark) but when I got home and had a proper look ( in the light) my car had water spots every where which I ended up having to wipe off. Also, they didn’t vacuum and clean the interior properly as there was still dust and sand visible. I spent R450 at Car plus that day and for that price I expected a better result. I would recommend using a torch to check the end result before driving off.

I have been to this carwash a few times and also make use of their dent removal services.The way they treat me as a customer and the quality of their service, was outstanding.With my last visit, I had a “Ceramic coating and paint protection” done on my Fortuner.This is a very good investment if your car is important to you. I don’t know how it works, but it forms a protective layer on the paintwork and windshield, that repels water and dust. It also protect your car against the harsh sun. I had it done some time ago and it really works.It is definitely worth trying.

Very conveniently located in the basement parking of Table Bay Mall. They did a good job of the wash, wax and vacuum requested today. I will definitely use their services again.

Must be honest for the price I paid I dont think it was worth it. The marks that needed to be washed off was still on the of the car and not washed off properly. Inside was not cleaned properly. The windscreen was not cleaned properly either the windscreen was all streaky inside.I sadly wont be using them again even though it is convenient to have your car washed while you shop.

Seems like an overall good service company , but not too happy with the R270 car wash that was suppose to be better than a mini valet. They ask you to check the car but its so dark down there that you can only see the quality of the work once you get outside or at home.Anyone looking to get your car washed there,take a torch.

Great service and good prices!

Sole purpose of a wash is to get your car cleaned.When I got the car back there was an oil residue all over the vehicle, the bumper was unclipped and there was oil spots on driver seat.I had to go back to the wash to have spots cleaned but unfortunatly noticed alot more dirty spots around the vehicle when I got home.I very clearly asked not to throw away any of my slips in a specific place, that message did not get to the staff.
