Not so sure about some of the negative reviews and, to be honest, I felt a bit unease to take my Mums beautiful Volvo in (even took pictures). But... 1. Great receptionist/service2. Loooong story short..Took my wifes car in to have the FRONT bumper and drivers rear fender fixed.When we got the car back, the FRONT bumper was untouched. They fixed the REAR bumper (it was in perfect condition) and didnt even get the colours right!!Took the car back, only to have their paint technician tell me that I need my wifes glasses in order to see his perfect work. Ill let you guys have a look for yourself.Real class act here, absolutely unprofessional, rude and physically intimidating to women (and most of this from the owner himself).STAY AWAY!!Your cousin Piet could probably do a better job in his garage.

The insurance company recommended we take the car to Auto Magic in Blue Route. The repair took a total of two weeks. We received constant updates with regards to progress of the repair. The colour was blended in well and all panel work was done to the highest standards. Panel gaps and fitment was spot on. There was a small issue when collecting the vehicle but it was resolved on the spot. A small amount of polishing compound had dried on the B-pillar and was removed immediately by one of the staff members. Quick and efficient service. Thanks to Micheal and his team

I waited 45 minutes for a simple car pick up. After the phone notification indicated my car was ready for collection, it took them that amount of time to do a simple payment and keys exchange.Twice, I asked them to look into it, and twice there was no feedback or ostensible movement, apart from their very leisurely pace and completely unconcerned manner. It was egregiously patronizing to have the manager agree with me that things should be ready when communicated so and then go back to fiddling with papers on a desk to do with less immediate matters.If your insurance sends you here, youll need to be on their case regularly to receive acceptable service.

Terrible workmanship and customer service I wouldnt advise anyone take their car to have fixed by them as they fail to provide a proper service instead allowing you to take delivery of your vehicle with semi completed work, parts thats not fitted properly and then having to bring it back multiple times to have it fixed to your satisfaction only to still not have it resolved.Seems they just want to get done as quickly as possible, get paid and then move on to the next vehicle without ensuring quality of work

They did an ok job of repairing my car. The paint work could have been done better, but the communication was completely absent, I had to call them constantly for updates. As they are linked with my insurance company, I did not have a choice whether or not to use them. But if I had a choice in the future, I would go elsewhere. I think that maybe because they have guaranteed work from the insurance company, theyre not trying to impress customers as hard as they should.

Ask for a written quote from the start. The written quote I received after taking time off work was three times the verbal quote.

Auto Magic Blue Route has the most delayed service. They would like to charge R100 for quotes but they dont even send you the quotes. This has made my life difficult in claiming from the people who inflicted damages to my vehicle. Go elsewhere people there many places a stone throw away that give much better service.

Shocking customer service! Pathetic workmanship, Ive had to return my car thrice because if their incompetency!!! Car to date still not resolved after almost 2 months......

Lied about why they made me wait for an hour. They didnt communicate delays. They had to redo their shody work.

My car came back with scratches on the door handle . The leather on the door panel was damaged and a small scratch that was part of the damage that should have been fixed was left undone .No apologies.

If you are looking for this place, you are making a mistake. Poor workmanship and shocking service!
