The manager is extremely rude! We wanted info regarding a car and when we asked him,he laughed in our faces. Ive heard a lot of other people also complaining about this situation.The ladies in front and the 2 at registration are very nice and helpful

Waiting for vehicle docs for almost 3 weeks after numerous requests. Im most cases the photos of damages is taken so bad. They also dont disclose wot is wrong with their vehicles. A defect list will go a long way for ppl to make an informed decision. Not easy to get hold of ppl at branches.

Its all about patience. Good overall. Some cars are overpricedJust still waiting on tow company which is, to my understanding, not part of them.

SMD admin (invoicing ) staff was very helpful only finance department gave me wrong information on call many times I phoned finance department to inquire about payment they said your payment come through you can collect your vehicle, when myself went to fetch vehicle there was R30 short payment then I had to make another payment and wait till next morning to collect the vehicle, good advice to SMD train your finance department properly that will help for your business and reviews...

We are regular clients and had to fetch 2 vehicles today but the guard stopped us at the entrance and said we were not allowed to go inside with our vehicle?For what exact reason can’t we park our vehicle inside the parking bay on the premises that is empty @ 8am.As a woman I don’t feel safe having to park outside. You have a sign in stop at the second gate and a parking bay in front of your offices ?If the parking bay is full then you tell people to wait. Another issue is that certain people obviously get preference??? A red car just pulled in, no questions! This type of business management speaks for itself - incompetence and pathetic service delivery !!!

Very friendly and helpfull staff, but management need to look at speeding up process when clients collect their vehicles. Its ridiculous to spend 3hrs just to collect 1 vehicle.

Terrible security service, the guards will make you seat outside the gate for a very long time without any updates on when you could be let in.Terrible documentation verification system especially for foreigners, they are not adhering to the national lock down regulation as published by the Department of Home Affairs relating to permit extensions, and this information is not updated on their website so to inform those concerned.

How can 1 waste spend R200 airtime 😫 for just inquiries without even successfully received the the answers only got diverted to other department which doesnt even bother to pick up the calls in this pandemic time

A useless Aution ever I bought a vehicle in March the vehicle had a police mark and they didnt bother to do the clearance or to check if the clearance was done they just auction the vehicle now I return the registration document for them to do the clearance its been a month no update no what trying to phone them they tell stories after stories

The service was poor. I came to fetch something from my car and I was told that they could not find the keys. I waited for over and hour and they still couldnt find it. I was sent from one person to another to another and they still couldnt find it. They are unorganized and they have Poor Service.

I think you must really do your homework on the price of the car you are buying. Sometimes the buyers go into a frenzy and pay too much for these cars. There are bargins. But keep a level head.
