Extremely unprofessional service. UIF applications are never properly done or completed, although fees are required. Wrong invoices are sent and then the client is accused of making a mistake. This business does not matter with customer service, their fees are high compared to other bookkeepers and their only focus is on how much money they can make from you. Be warned.
