She rapidly identified my needs and recommended the most appropriate Hearing Aid.Setting up and fine-tuning the hearing aids requires technological expertise combined with a certain deft touch - and in this she is a master craftswoman. Sitting on the other side of her desk, you can see her sharp mind at work as she whizzes through her computer, giving it various commands to program the Hearing Aids. Using REMs, she fine-tuned her measurements. Eventually, her task complete, you listen with absolute wonder as the clear sounds come to life.There was no pressure to rush me into a final choice and I eventually trialed three different models - in the end choosing the brand that Vera originally recommended. Hearing Aids are not cheap - and in this pandemic economy Vera was quite happy to recommend cheaper alternatives. There were also no hidden expenses and I only had to pay for the Hearing Aids as quoted. All the testing, trialing and fine-tuning came with the package.Lastly, a good word must also be said of Erin at the front desk. With her friendly smile, she immediately makes one feel special and welcome. She is also quick and detailed in her responses to my e-mail queries.

Visited Cape Hearing Aid Clinic yesterday with my husband. He has never had a hearing aid before and was quite apprehensive. However, what a great experience!!
