I purchased a TV online Wednesday and marked it for in-store pick-up. I arrived Saturday only to be told sorry the lady only works in the week and they cannot release anything despite the receipt or payment confirmation. Drove all the way for nothing. Totally useless!UPDATE: The owner intervened and the sales rep delivered the TV personally on Saturday. Thank you

I was browsing for a TV to get the best out of my PS5 and ended up at Audiovision after Game didnt have the TV I wanted and referred me to them. The staff member that helped me at Audiovision was kind and helped me pick the best TV for the specs I wanted in my price range. They were also nice enough to let me use their internet so I could adjust the daily limit on my bank card. The TV was too big to fit into my car (not for a lack of trying though, almost even getting it stuck in the process lol). The shop had technically already closed but they allowed me to go back home and come back with my fathers bakkie to load it. The staff member could see I was like a little kid that just wanted to play with his new toy. While I was getting the bakkie they were even nice enough to test the tv to make sure it worked correctly.Its rare to see people in the retail industry go the extra mile for customers nowadays but the guys at Audiovision definitely do. Cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks again!

I took my 30 yr old Technics AA amp in for a service. They did a wonderful job. The amp sounds like a live show!

This is a high end audio visual shop with high end prices. The range of speakers, TVs and amplifiers will make you drool and likely walk away saddened. In a good way. I found the staff quite uninvolved to the point of being unfriendly. Prices arent listed on products because the salesmen kind of pick a price and decide whether to discount you a bit, or not. They also didnt seem particularly interested or that informed about the amplifiers I was looking at. So I left the store to look elsewhere for better advice and knowledge

Amazing place. Got everything I wanted. Found things that I couldnt find at 4 other stores. Audiovision.. . Yeah, its the best place to buy TV and Audio related things.

Were very helpful with buying an Audio Visual Receiver and their pricing was competitive.I also had a receiver repaired through them which was very successful as the receiver was 20 years old!

After dropping some serious cash on a home theater system, I was rather disappointed in the way my refund claim was handled. Technicians came to my house to install the system, then damaged the wiring from my alarm system and refused to pay for the security company’s call out fee! For weeks I’ve been emailing the salesperson, Sybrand Swart, trying to get them to refund me the call out fee, but to no avail. Finally I got fed up with his excuses and decided to call the store and speak with the manager, Kassie. What an unpleasant human being! He was rude, impatient and in no way willing to help. Instead, he in so many words suggested, that I damaged the wire! Why I would want to break something, pay to have it fixed again, then struggle to get a refund from someone else? That makes no sense! Needless to say, I will definitely not be buying from them again, nor refer anyone!

Staff decides what they think are best for you, without listening to what the client is asking. We were basiclly being forced to do what the rep wanted, otherwise we were not allowed to buy someting.
