Nice selection of gear, very high end stuff. I went to this shop to buy a set of B&W speakers. Spent twenty minutes in the shop, not a single person approached me to help. Left the shop and instead bought my speakers at AudioVision where I was immediately helped. Incident happened in Feb 2020 before lockdown.

I recently purchased a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones from E-piphany. Service was great. Absolutely blown away by my experience. Writing this listening to my new Klipsch RP-500M speakers. Awesome service from Brent. Had a call with him around a B&W PX7 headphone I intended buying and once convinced these were the cans for me I proceeded to conclude the deal and pay for them.
