What a bunch of cheaters. They lie they cheat , they steal. Tell you to fix things that are not broken and being caught out. Shocking. Won’t take responsibility if they at fault. Super expensive. Just happy to take your money.Will NEVER EVER buy an Audi again because of their thievery.

I purchased an Audi A7 from Audi Approved Second Hand, the car was using 310ml of oil for every 1000km .... Audi said this is acceptable, reasonable usage is 500ml per 1000km .... think about this spec on a R1mil car they say it is fine to use a pint (500ml) of oil for every 1000km of driving ; Audi eventually (after massive moaning) replaced a minor part, the car is still using 230ml of oil for every 1000km of driving, Audi have said that is acceptable and the case is closed. NEVER BUY AN AUDI - they are con artists .....

I used to be a regular customer and for a time the service but great. But lately the service and attitude of staff is terrible. Cant fix an obvious fault on my indicator, dont ever follow up when they say they will and now they dont offer lifts from work back to the service centre any more. The one small thing that made a difference. I seriously doubt that my next car will be an Audi again.

They assisted with our car on a Sunday and were open on the Monday which was a public holiday to fix it.The mechanic who came to help us when we broke down was the same mechanic who worked on our car. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didnt have to call them to follow up on our vehicle, they called us.

My memory card was stolen. The thief actually removed it out of its adapter inside the radio! I was very upset.I pointed this out to the service consultant, who made me wait while she continued to sit on the phone with customer after customer, without even an apology to me. Eventually I said I had to leave, and she said that she would contact me. I received no phone call at all the next day, so I called back. She apologized for not calling back and then said that she did try to follow up and that there was nothing she could do.Very poor customer service! Whether there was anything they could do or not, the whole thing could have been handled much more professionally! I am appalled.After above review: I did send an email per the below response, and I received no reply. Horrible horrible service.

On Thursday, 12 September 2019, I had a car break-down close to this Audi Centre ( I do not drive an Audi). The workshop staff was highly professional, most helpful and friendly, going far beyond their work duty to assist me. I was assisted by Mark and the repair done by Charles. The workshop itself is clean, tidy and excellently stocked, with everything in its place. So grateful to be living in a country where your fellow citizens will always do their best to assist you, no matter what. This is not the case in the northern hemisphere countries, to which South Africans tend to look up to. Audi can be proud to have such top employees. So oft hatte ich von Verwandten und Bekannten gehört wie katastrophal der Service der deutschen Autohersteller Werkstätten ist - und vor allem, wie man als Kunde hingehalten und finanziell völlig ausgenutzt wird. I had money stolen out of my car by the workers, when I let them know, they said they would reimburse me for the amount that was taken... Naturally I never heard from them again.In addition, they quoted me R4200 over the phone, then charged me R5400 when I got there.Save yourself the hassle, go ANYWHERE else

Very helpful staff!! Overall a pleasant experience bringing my car for last free service.

If i good give them 0 stars I would. They are useless, unhelpful, and down right unethical crooks. My wife takes her vehicle in for a check, and the technician says the gear box will need to be fixed. We then get told that there is no major problem. They lie about the expiry date of the motor plan. And as soon as the plan is over, the gear box needs to be fixed. They first quote about R20000 to fix the problem, and the minute they get approval suddenly it requires R80000 worth of repairs. Dont ever deal with these crooks. I will never purchase an Audi ever again ever.

Terrible customer ervice from this dealership. The attitude from Bronwyn and Darryl was disappointing to say the least.My vehicle went back several times for the same issue and kept being misdiagnosed until I eventually took it to Audi Claremont.

Do not take your car to this operation. Due to them mis-diagnosing a simple issue with my vehicle over and over again, I have in total spent the equivalent of the value of my car to fix one single issue. They completed tens of thousands of rands of unnecessary repairs. In addition to this, when I finally picked up my car it was damaged. Windscreen wiper torn, hood of the car full of markings and head light popped, which they asked me for more money to repair - for damage they caused! This place is a scam or simply run by the most incompetent staff! Either way, stay away.

Outstanding service especially compared to other vehicle brands I’ve experienced.There’s also complimentary tea and coffee whilst you wait.

Terrible, if I could give zero I would. The service consultant was not there the morning to greet, does not call to update me and when I called the afternoon she was not there. Eventually called me 2 hours later at 3:30pm to say it will be ready by 4:30 but only got my car at 5:20pm!To top it all off, they stole my SD card, flipping unprofessional and crooks. Worst decision of my life to buy an Audi!

Overall Not a Good experience and will NOT go back there again!!!First they confused my initial service booking with another client with the same surname and told me to wait another 2 wks.They could not look at all items on the job card. (time issues) i was told this when i collected the car after the service .Car has idling / timing issues after a service and its still there.The support and after service call received never communicated my frustration to anyone or my request to have someone call me to resolve the timing issues..Then a week later Audi CT calls me to query something on the A3. Turns out they confused me yet again with another client with the same model this time.So i phoned them and spoke to the dealer principal, who promised to get back to me shortly. Its now another 5 days later - no response received. Guess that says it all !!
