If I can rate them zero stars, I will. They had three of my Properties as Rentals and both myself and all my Tenants put it in writing how dismal, unprofessional and impolite their service has been. I will escalate all these complaints to their CEO & top Management, since it is just tragic that a global brand like Harcourts, is being tarnished by this Agency.
