Ive been trying to get my deposit from these people for weeks. Very annoyed with the lies I keep getting told every day your deposit will be in your account by the end of the day. Definitely not like thee other Aucor establishments in other provinces. Ive sent multiple emails with the requested documents but not a single response from the people who work there.

Dealing with Aucor is a nightmare. I took part in an auction that ended on the 30th of July and today, 12th of August 2020 I have not received my refund. I called them and the answer is: the person that processes refunds is not in. Like I know that person!Never again will waste my time with this company and nobody should.I wanted to remove all the stars, but unfortunately the lowest I could go was 1 star.

Communication is very poor here. You need to train your administrative staff to reply emails. Retire them if theyre too tired. We are not desperate coming to this auction. We might as well take our business elsewhere.

Please state on your policy that you do not refund deposit anymore, I have been contacting them for a refund for auction that was on the 16th of July its the 10th of August now

As other reviewers have mentioned, refunds are never completed on the following Monday as stated on the terms and conditions. Numerous requests are always required to have the deposit returned.

With the covid-19 you drop off in a box outside. The really move quickly to get your things sorted. All you need is the bank mandate, proof of address, work service letter, ID and bank statement. Then you good to go 👌

Great place, great deals, lovely people! Certain background staff though, I do not trust. Thus, only 3 stars. Bought a few Lots from them and when I collected, noticed that some stuff was missing. For example, expensive earphones in their boxes replaced with cheap nonsense. Some boxes were even empty. Excellent deals to be found, but be wary!

I have been dealing with auctioneers for the last 15 years in Cape Town and Aucor Cape Town is by far the worst when it comes to deposit and money refunds. Also, looking at the other reviews here - it seems like it is a general problem.

Refunds take forever. Previous refund never got done. 6 weeks later, after many calls, I had to buy stock from another auction in an attempt to recover my deposit. Other auctions refund far faster. My money shows in your account instantly. Why must customers wait 1-2 weeks for a refund? Or in my case 6 weeks??? Unacceptable...furthermore, why can we not use our deposit towards the purchase?

The Auction Authority...mmmmmmBuyers are seeking bargains with a Capital B...!!!Some of the vehicles qent for a song...petrol guzzlers such as the v6 & v8..should go for way cheaper considering the price of fuel...but here and there....some really good deals are struck

Spoke to Michiel THE BOSS he said i must look, i explained advertised with aircon and what if i did online he, SORRY nothing he can do and thats how they advertise all. If was removed would understand but NO buttons. THEY quick for your money. Be AWARE OF AUCOR . FALSE ADVERTISING. THEIR SERVICE FEE IS 6%. VERY HIGH. NOT RECOMMENDED

Get a way bridge. Sold us generators claiming 13 tons each. They turned out to be 4 ton each. 😠 You cost me R150000.00.😠😠😠
