Awful experience. First the reserve is ignored. Then Im not paid. Have to go to office to find out my stuff was sold a month earlier. After 4th!!! visit to office part of the proceeds are paid. Now, over 2 months after sale, a 5th!!!! visit to office to get them to pay the balance due.

A gem in the helderberg. There is always an opportunity to pick up a second hand item at a steal of a price. Well organized auctions. Website is updated with the upcoming auction items. You have an opportunity to check out the items before the actual auction which is great. Eats are being sold every Saturday (bidding can make one hungry)

I delivered furniture to them in September to be auctioned off, which they only sold two months later. They then pay out after 14 days, except, it has been 40 days and I haven’t seen a cent or heard from them. Everytime I phone them they will pay me “tomorrow morning” and “later today”, which never comes to pass. They have since stopped answering their phones and I’m not sure if I will ever be paid for my furniture.
