I always have great respect for petrol attendants that work at the filling stations because they work long hours for minimum wage many times but shell has lost my support completely Ive been filling up there for the last three years but Im done all i requested was a cash slip but i was not given that and it not just this particular shell ive had this poor experience with but the other one on the m3Its like they have the same poor customer service as BP they really are the worst

Small selection in store. But the specials are great and their attendants are very fast and effective. The torrado coffee shop inside has great great great coffee.

Very bad experience. Stood waiting for almost 5minutes waitin for service. Attendant walk right past me to help white lady. Goes by da name mali or dali. Atleastvnxt attendant was great in assisting me

For someone who lives nearby I am often tempted to use this petrol station and WITHOUT FAIL EVERY TIME I USE IT I PROMISE MYSELF NEVER TO RETURN. It has to be the worst petrol station in the Western Cape.Poorly run, tills take forever because there is only ever one open and attendants have to manually enter every purchase.Poorly stocked, you can hardly find anything on the shelves.Service is shockingThere is an engen down the road and another one just around the corner, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great coffee. Very friendly staff. And you can swipe your Clicks club card for cash back when you fill up.

Its the only place I buy fuel now because u swipe yr clicks card and get points, such an awesome idea

What a disappointment as I drove all the way from Ottery for my craving...they didnt even have a big variety. To top it off, when I finally decided on something I was given the incorrect pastry..So I guess no breakfast for me 😒

Great location with atms lovely torrado shop - just a pity the forecourt staff are slow. Do not ask for a cash slip for fuel 9 out of 10 times youll just drive off without it.

A little disturbed, I put R200 of petrol in today at 15:03, after driving only 27km my fuel light came on. I tried calling the station numerous times and no answer. I have a petrol receipt and attendant details

Depends on who serves you, the service is ok. Did have one attendant who was a perfectionist and wouldnt put petrol in until the car was parked really close to the tank.The station can get quite busy sometimes too

I usually receive helpful, timely service.

Staff are lacking energy and the design of the station is really bad space between tanks are so small the flat bed truck got damaged trying to squeeze between tank and me but I think this is a common problem with the southern suburbs (everything is on top of everything else) but the tanks should be at an angle to make access easier.

Waited about 5 minutes for an attendant. Then drove to Engen in Gabriel Rd.

Serves coffee 24 hours, good quality.
