What is the point of having ATMs if they never work and you have to queue inside for hours to have someone help you and charge you extra!? Branch manager says hell be getting new ATMs every time we are thereSkip right past this one if you can!

Take your ticket and wait for ever..... the staff is not up to scratch with the products. They tell you to do this but in fact you have to do that.... 2 ladies to try to help and a gentlemen thinking about his lunch time???? We pay a lot of fees and more fees for what... Teller upgraded my wifes account instead of just switching to fusion as requested.This after me asking him to confirm multiple times that it will not be upgraded.

Tellers where helpful and patient but the branch manager was arrogant and proud, doesnt have customer care.

Everything on line and no personal assistance any more - The banks who are showing the way to a non ppled companies - however their service has gone down - especially for biz and documentation problems .Due to them cutting costs our wasted time at the bank is even more

Only two tellers on duty, eighteen people waiting. Had no idea how to help with card issue, spent over an hour, eventually got sorted..
