RIDICULOUS WAITING TIMES. I received my ticket at 11h29. Its now 12h26 and I am still waiting to collect my card. The only reason i have to collect a new card (of which they billed me R120) is because they had a security breach and forced me to cancel my business card. Now they are making us wait and billing us. I actually feel a bit scammed to be honest. This is really bad service guys, really bad service.

I would like to bring to your attention that your security guard on duty on Sunday 22 and Monday 23 was not on his post the atm was unmanned exposing users to danger I deposited money on these two dates but never saw him.i waited outside just to see if I was not being unreasonable but he never pitched until I left.Please get back to me I need to know if I should have an escort when coming to the bank

There’s no reasonable explanation why an empty branch can have a waiting time of 30mins.The consultants don’t even use the ticketing system.I came there to fill in a form I couldn’t open in my browser, and then get a call that I didn’t fill in the form from the business division, & on my second visit to do the exact same thing I’ve been waiting for over 30mins while the consultants walk around the branch.I’m appalled to say the least.

Truckers and business owners convenience with bank branches on hand here - one major secret is good biltong from the wholesale shop around the side of the complex - ample parking but a bit tight between vehicles

It is a small center with Standard bank, a large Midas, car wash place, pharmacy, doctor, dentist as well as cafes. Nice big parking some with nets left
