I visited FNB Vangate today. Mrs ‘Diedre Hoven….’ was assisting me on counter 5, her service was soo amazing and I didn’t spend too much time waiting. *****. It’s soo great to bank with FNB.

This bank service is extremely pathetic. The staff are always busy amongst themselves. The branch manager has no rules applied. Its honestly a headache.

Shirley branch manager was offering a great service helping customers attempting to minimise waiting time and put order in the waiting area. Very friendly and professional.

I was told by the gentleman who was at the teller that my work permit was fake that is the most bizarre thing I have ever heard in my life . I did ask him to check with the home affairs but I was denied opening my account... thanks to N1city mall fnb branch.
