Amazing view of the mountain and loads of open space. The workout park has nice solid calisthenics equipment which can be used for all sorts of training. The park itself could be a bit better maintained and it would be one of the best parks

Great open space used for so many events. Sporting events and markets. The views are magnificent too. The area can be easily secured for the event. There is easy access from the Constantia village, M3 highway or Virgin Active.

Well kept but it could use a bit of finesse. Pathways are a bit ruined, some trees need a trim. There is security nearby which makes for a safe walk, its spitting distance from constantia village and alphen trail so its a great place to unwind or do some workouts after a run.

Fantastic outdoor gym, everything you need for a proper calisthenics workout, only issue is that there is no water fountain nearby.

A very user friendly outdoor park that caters for a wide spectrum of exercises utilising the body. Can get very hot, with no on site water dispenser of any kind. But remember to pack a water bottle! :) Situated on a field with the beautiful surrounds of Constantia. Definitely worth a workout.
