Bella Vista is a retirement block with all amenities. This used to be the old Holiday Inn in Bellville. The original fittings, wood panelling and large rooms was ideally transformed for the elderly. Basement parking, library, lounges, swimming pool and deck garden feels very homely and the 24 hour security is perfect. The only drawback is the situation close to Bellville station and the local businesses cater mostly for imports and people from African countries other than South Africa. One major plus is the entrance to a Pick n Pay store is situated 10 meters outside the entrance.

The staff is very helpful and needs to commended on the way they make the family feel when we get there.It is so sad that such an establishment has to be surrounded by so much danger.We parked for 30 min and wipers was stolen R698.00 later we now know not to park there.I still would not take him anywhere else I trust them. A persom hears so much about the frail and old people getting miss treated. We feel we can trust Bella Vista.Thank you all.

Internally its lovely but outside leaves you feeling very unsafe.
