No one came back to me on my request

What a terrible first experience. I called last week to obtain a quote for tarring and was advised by the receptionist that someone would call me back to arrange a quote. No one called. I called again today and was put through to Ronnie. I advised that to date, no one has contacted me as yet. He totally went defensive and asked if I spoke with him. I said no - the receptionist. He was disdainfully disrespectful and that is how they treat prospective customers. He asked if I still want to do business. I said no. What a horrible experience.
