Blessed and be blessed I always say. This PNA definitely has traffic but service (energy wise) could be better but it was neutral and not bad either. Just maybe had an off day and isolation also makes things difficult.

They have everything you need to get going from school stuff to office requirements. Books, stationery, and even a place where arts and crafts are taught to whom ever so pleases to start getting arty at home or elsewhere getting rid of boredom.. These classes are available at certain times through the day. The staff assist where possible.

PNA has an incredible selection, by far my favourite shop. They go out of their way to keep finding new and interesting products too.

Staff is always friendly but they dont have the more advanced levels of the Little Reader books.

For a crafter, this is a bit of heaven. You can find anything here from knitting essentials, books, stationary and painting gear to the cutest gifts - some even in Afrikaans! Enjoy!

Really an excellent shop. The staff are very helpful and their product knowledge is good eg Drieke I hope I got her name right. She came up with some thought suggestions. Also the prices are reasonable which is important in these times.

Visited 2020.09.16 - was assisted by Liana, the Retail Manager, for whom nothing was too much trouble - delivered service above and beyond what was expected. Went to a great deal of trouble to repack a paper order, and even went to fetch a large trolley from outside the store to help me with my purchases. A great ambassador for the brand.

I love PNA in general. I find them to be well stocked and the staff helpful. I adore the vast art and creative section at the PNA at Somerset Mall. There are always knowledgeable staff in the art section.I do a lot of my normal stationary shopping there too and they always have what I need, from copy paper to glue and the staff make me feel welcome.

Cashier closed her till and walked away as we got to till, no explanation, no acknowledgement that we were standing in front of her.Variety of stock quite good, but its a busy store and queues are long. The cashier who eventually helped us also was not particularly interested in answering questions or going out of her way to help.

Friendly & helpful staff. Had two of the three items what I needed. So a 67% hit. Not too bad for todays standards.

This is by far the ABSOLUTELY BEST STATIONARY store in Somerset west and in Somerset mall. The selection of paint, hobby activities, books, pens etc make this the ideal visits for school children and business. My daughter and i also have a loyalty card which earns us points with every purchase.

They have the best stationary!! Always find what Im looking for. With the Covid-19, they are well preparred and have sanitizers&masks at the ready.

By far my most favourite PNA branch! Staff is always very friendly and I love the freedom to browse however long I need to choose what to purchase! My favourite section is the Arts and Crafts! Beautiful variety. Just one suggestion is to stock more washi tape (but not so expensive please) 😉😇💖

I love PNA, Somerset Mall. It is packed with arts and crafts, magazines, books and stationary. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They also offer craft classes in a regular basis.

I am so glad that there is PNAS across the country. Large store. Books, stationary, office goods, school stationary. Craft handmade products. Gift items, cards and wrapping. I love their art products. They stock all basic items that one need for your craft or hobby. Time to kill.... come and walk through the store. Also looking for one item, this is the place. I absolutely love PNA Somerset Mall! A small shop with a big variety! It is one of my favourites in the Mall.

Before LOCKDOWN a black INK cost me R749.99 and now it cost me R959.99. This is shocking Why do you do this to customers?

I called for study guides andwithin 5 min they assisted, had te books available and kept it until I could collect, later during the day..Angelique gave great service

This is a very nice store with a big variety of stock to choose from. For the person doing scrapbooking, this is the place to be. This is a store similar to Brights Hardware store for the guys - this is for any woman or even child busy with any project... you get lost and carried away with the large variety of goods. Do yourself a favour and visit this store when you are around. I am sure you wont be dissappointed.

Well stocked stationery store. They stock many items for school, college, art and scrapbooking. Great value too. A mix of CNA and Waltons but with their own twist, slotting in perfectly between the two.

Best shop for purchasing greeting cards etc

I went here while on holiday to look for papercarft supplies, specifically cutting metal dies for the cuttlebug/GoCut/bigshot embossing machines and cling stamps. I was not disappointed, a much wider selection can be found here than at the PNAs in Gauteng.
