I go to this PNA most of the time, although I prefer the staff at Table View (next to Builders).So today Canal Walk branch closes at 20h00, by 19h57 I was at the till paying for 2 items. By the time I got to the exit it had only just went 20h00, and the manger had the nerve to shout all the way from where I was passing to the cashier “So o can actually cash up now?”I did not keep anybody there longer than needed. To the manager I’d like to say, darling if you open until 20h00 that means you can only start your cash-up after closing. So I suggest you don’t all camp at the door by 20h00 ready to leave. Closing time is when you close, not the time that you are at the door to leave. 🤨

Overall the experience was confusing as I was left at the till without an explanation for minutes when the cashier walked away with my item. On his return, he did not apologize for making me wait, nor did he explain the problem but continued to have me stand around waiting for him to finally tell me I can pay. My brother then finally ask what the problem was and a second cashier told us there was a problem with the code of my item. I get it, these things happen but the least they could have done was inform me why I stood at the till for about 15 minutes! Also, while I was looking at items, the sales person, did not offer to put back the things she took off the shelf for me and I was left to repack everything from her offering to help look for my item. I just found this extremely unprofessional.

All PNAs I have ever been to have the best staff assistant. The helpful, friendly service is of a high standard. Hardly any waiting in long queues, excellent flowing system. Management deserves 5 stars for excellence. Well done! It is an absolute pleasure shopping at PNA, fantastic array of art and craft. Thank-you so much!

Had a bad experience at the pna store canal Walk branch I bought an pen refill the guy who helped me gave me the wrong refill after confirming its my pen refill the he refused to exchange it.
