Awesome family afternoon learning the pottery wheel. Great host. Tons of fun

Anthony has a beautiful space to do ceramics at. I had my first lesson how to start making ceramics with a potters wheel, I was looking forward to learning how to use it, Anthony was very quiet the entire time, he was completely disinterested in me, even though I was his student, trying to know how a potters wheel works. I showed him my previous work I made by hand, he never came back to me with an answer, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I was starting to get very frustrated. I then went to go practice the centering on the wheel, he was not able to speak to me how to do it, he showed me with his hands. Anthony then walks away, leaving me in a situation of confusion, what to do next.I expected more guidance, as it was my very first time doing this.

Anthony is a great teacher who happily spends time with each student and is easily able to answer questions and to demonstrate techniques. Hes easy to talk and the classes are always fun

Happened upon this delightful studio with beautiful ceramic pieces and excellent assistance from the staff and owners. Bought a base which has been receiving compliments from everyone who has seen it... plan on going back for more!

Love this studio! Anthony is a great teacher, he has a passion for teaching and being involved in his students work. Going to pottery has been a life saver during lockdown! The space is clean and feels safe with COVID-19 protocols. Lots of sanitizers, own clay and partitioned working areas. Cant wait for Thursday and Saturday!

Anthony is obviously a master at his trade. He is informative and after instruction let’s you take the reins and explore the craft creatively. He is always willing to answers questions and is kind and helpful when doing so. I would highly recommend his classes!

I took a group of architecture students from Arizona to Anthony for a session making clay sculptures. Was great to meet Anthony and learn from his skills.

Had six wonderful lessons starting from handwork with pinch pots right up to playing with throwing clay on the wheel, lovely relaxed studio in vibey Harrington street with coffee shop right out front- Moses makes a great cappuccino- if only I didn’t have to leave Cape Town!
