Have personally liaised with Doryce; and she has been super helpful, and has a pleasant, lovely personality.I love these products as well , been using them for a decade.

Placed an order on Friday it was delivered today (Monday). Their burner oils smell AMAZING & their rollers are incredible as well. Love them!

If there were an option to rate 0, I would gladly have rated this establishment exactly that.Met with them in person when they were in JHB at one of the Home Expos and I thought it was my imagination but Doryce was extremely unprofessional and abrasive, as her sales assistant eventually served me.When I introduced myself and my firm to her / them a few weeks back, wherein I requested to become a wholesaler for their products, I soon realized that this was not my imagination as they are extremely unprofessional and rude in their email approach which is not something one would expect now a day. She does not bother responding to emails and ignores potential income.Nevertheless I submitted several emails, and was ignored, and was brushed off as if was a beggar on the street.Exceptionally unprofessional service from Doryce who is apparently the Director and Founder of this establishment. Perhaps she should consider appointing staff who can liaise and interact with potential clients or Directors from other establishments.NOT recommended service level at all #PostCovidService!!!!
