I am having the worst experience with these guys. In December 2020 I have asked Aneesa to draw up a plan, i was invoiced for a deposit for the rough draft which i paid on the 8th of December 2020, from the no communication until i initiate in March 2021, he then provides a very amateurish rough draft, but we think lets give benefit of doubt and we go ahead. He then asks for second payment to submit plans for approval, which was paid on the 23rd of March 2020. Again no communication until this this Friday 17th September 2020 when i give him call he then tells me Abdul (a colleague of his) has resigned and he is overseeing the of Abduls projects, to which i reply that I have not dealt with Abdul, I have dealt Anees from day one and would an update. He then tells he cannot give any tomeline for i would recieve feedback, i ask him to please follow or refund me, and he replies comment loaded stay safe. I am still struggling to get any sort service from them 10 months later, therefore I would suggest anyone thinking using this company rather stay safe and stay far away.

STAY AWAY!DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS TEAM!I had a fairly simple plan that I needed to get redrawn. Paid my deposit and it was all downhill from there. From the get go there was zero communication. I sent an email and a week went by without a response. Phoned multiple times, got no answers. Had to put my phone on private before Anees picked up. I then got a load of excuses before being told to send communication via WhatsApp for an immediate response. Sent my enquiry via WhatsApp again. Days went by. Anees would come online and ignore my messages until I had to ASK for them to be acknowledged. The date for which my first sketch was due came and went and I still received nothing. I had to hound and harass them for answers on when I can receive it. I was told a date. When that day came I was told to wait a further 3 days. On the last day I contacted them asking where my first sketch was. I was told it would be sent at the end of the day ,because they were still busy with it.Knowing full well they were stalling I demanded a refund if they could not show me what they had done so far. Hours later I recieved my first sketch. It was clearly rushed. They could barely copy over anything correctly. There was no attempt at all to provide me a good product or service. When I raised my issues they were met with disregard. When I phoned to discuss them I was told by Anees that he was too busy and didnt have the time to listen to me. I requested my refund because I believe based off my interactions that my final product would have been rushed. My issues would be ignored and disregarded and that I would have to beg for a response to be informed of anything. Im still waiting on a my refund for which Ive still been given excuses and my messages ignored
