Block plan has been totally committed and dedicated to my project. The circumstances were difficult and required much patience and energy dealing with contractors. Ruben, however continued to deal with all issues in a professional and polite manner. His advice and recommendations were of a very high standard . He negotiated on my behalf and was not prepared to sign anything off before the required quality was achieved. His support was incredible and I can highly recommend Block plan as they love what they do.
