Took my baby for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. She is very nervous and they made such an effort to keep her calm and give her some extra love. They did exactly what we asked for and she looks beautiful. Happy dog happy owner :) Highly recommend them.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The guys at PAW Pets put me at ease when I brought my 2 kittens to get groomed as it was their first time. They gave lots of care and love into the grooming process. Will be coming back!

We send both our timid Pomeranian and our very outgoing Staffie puppy to PAW pets occasionally.The staff are the kindest and most enthusiastic team I have ever come across. The staff also do a great job with keeping you posted on how the dogs are doing and they also help with keeping training consistent with our pup at daycare (we told them what we do at home with our puppy to train him and they do the same with him at daycare).PAW pets take the dogs out (beach, promenade, dog park) and keep them very well entertained throughout the day. Both my dogs are exhausted when they get home from daycare. They also do a great job with grooming my dogs. I highly recommend PAW pets - your dogs will be very happy and well looked after here.

So happy with my pup’s first wash and cut. I booked my Miniature Schnauzer in and received excellent service and a perfect cut and clean dog. The best part was that my first cut was on the house. Will definitely return! Thanks guys.

I couldnt leave my very confident & fearless 3 mo puppy here. One small room for about 30 (big) dogs. No natural light, no fresh air, dogs barking their heads off. I dont think this set-up is fair on the dogs. Handlers are lovely & caring, but theres also only one handler in the room - dont know how hed be able to manage a fight etc. Sorry to leave this review, but I just want to give anyone with a puppy or small dog a heads-up.

Thank you Paw Pets for always looking after my two dogs as if they were your own. I have finally find a day car and groomers where my “high maintenance” French Bulldog always comes home happy and relaxed. Keep up the fantastic work 🙏🏼

Cannot speak more highly of the guys at Pugsley and Wednesday. The whole team are wonderful and you can tell that they really love the dogs. Our Golden Retriever has been going for almost a year now and he is so excited to get in and play that he practically drags me over the road to get there! The dogs get regular walks on the prom, trips to the beach and they just have a ball. We also regularly use their grooming services too. All round fantastic service, thank you so much.

Very unique experience to have a pet shop that is attempting to cater to a variety of different pets. I liked that i didnt see products only acquired to owners with cats and dogs. I struggle to find shops that sell hamster and rabbit products.. Also impressed that you also have a room full of fish, really cool!I like what you guys are achieving!Definitely will be back when you open again. Keep it up.

Wonderful people who know how to look after ones loved one

Despite not having visited the physical store I have ordered food for my animals via uber eats through PAW and Im always thoroughly impressed with the service.Yesterday I recieved a very polite call after putting my order through that the specific type of catfood I had ordered was unfortunately sold out. The store clerk I spoke to didnt hestitate to offer an alternative that suited my needs. When the order finally arrived I noticed an extra treat baggie in the bag as an apology for the inconvenience.Super friendly service and customer focused!

Our puppy, Archie, absolutely loves going to daycare at Paw Pets! The facilities are clean and sterile, and the environment has definitely assisted with socialising him with all types of dogs. The team often send updates which is great for new puppy owners. Archie is greeted so warmly every day by the staff members - who all absolutely love animals - and they look after him as if hes their own!

Kitty and I visited for a grooming and pamper sesh today - and i would just like to thank you for doing such an incredible job with his knots & mats! I am fully aware that cat grooming is no joke and can be really difficult, but thank you for putting his emotional state first! His coat is super soft and smooth, and he smells absolutely delicious!You will see us again!

My Bassett Hound loves the loving care he gets at PAW Pets. The best thing is if Im in a rush in the morning, theyll feed him his breakfast at a cost but it is such a bonus! Janiel loves my dog like her own. Highly recommended!

Place seems a little rough, right out front by the sidewalk you can see where they let the dogs eat the wood and paint right off the walls. Someones dog is gonna get sick if they cant manage to care anymore than that...

Perfect service, caring staff and super groomers. The aquatics store is well stocked and there are also a large selection of pet products on sale.

Arrived with my dog. Owner placed a lead around his neck and tried to force-pulled/dragged him across tiled floor. I suggested I take the lead and she scolded me for telling her what to do. Aggressive. I had taken Bennie here on a previous occasion and collected him totally shaking and thirsty. My fault for returning to this groomer - but now I know why he was so afraid.. No love for dogs in here - everyone is tangled up and blue and wouldnt risk your dogs welfare inside this place if you care for your canine!

They never answere their phone and its a complete headache dealing with them as they just impossible to get hold of. You have to literally go into to the shop to make an appointment.
