I popped in there earlier this week for the first time. The friendliest guys with fantastic product knowledge and, best of all, didnt pull the hard sell on me. Special mention of Storm, I had the best chat with him and I will for sure be back as soon as I have the budget for the items I want. Thanks for a really good experience!

Staff meet you at entrance, very quick and good service

We all get it that filling our bottles depends on you getting the gas, but, maybe you can sharpen up your communication with customers, especially those who have already paid.Surely, by Thursday morning you know that you cant deliver to the customers you have committed to, when you unlock the shop and have no gas? A mere curtesy call on Thursday would have spared me the embarrassment of finding out on Friday afternoon at 18.00 that my fully booked guesthouse (during lockdown and the coldest week) will be without heat till Monday.If I knew on Thursday that your delivery would be due after my guest are to arrive, I could have made other arrangements. Very disappointed.

Nice shop. Nice assistants. Nice products. But unless you buying gas or new products its a waste of time trying to get parts or servicing done.

However, service has since become non-existent!I understand the two guys get to do with a ton of grumpy people and is working under pressure to fill gas bottles but that is not my fault and no need to be absolutely rude and dismissive towards me.If I could go somewhere else I wouldveNot impressed with the way these two guys conduct themselves towards a Lady!Service is amazing

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and was advised that I cannot refill my gas as they are cashing up. It is my understanding that you cash up after operating times not 5 minutes before so you can leave early. POOR EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

Absolutely disappointed, and will never go back, staff smoking outside the front entrance.

The place assist with what you need but the personell are not professional in the way they attend to people.

Their service has plummeted to below zero! Used to have such friendly family members behind the counter. Now they seem to have affirmatives with shocking manners and just really poor service. So sad.

So impressed with this place... friendly and helpful staff.. A well run concern. Dropped off my gas bottle at 11:30 for a refill and was asked to return at 13:00 on a Sunday !! They were busy, but their time factor was spot on ! Will highly recommend them. The shop is also filled with fabulous stuff... will be back !!

Called this morning around 09h30 to find out if they 9kg refills in stock. They confirmed they had stock and I asked them to keep me one as I could only get there after 1pm, which they said they would. Apparently their word means nothing.

Average shopping complex with a very diverse mix of stores. Ive noticed that its greatly a one shop visit type complex as most people there go for one shop they know is there and never really move around. I go for the cheap and effective laundry @Muka and barely know what the other stores do or sell.

Fast friendly service. They fill Cadac and regular gas cylinders while you wait. +/- 15min wait. They also supply a variety of built in braais, stoves and fireplaces as well as general accessories for the above appliances.

They charge you R345 for a 9kg return-bottle but only give you R300 Ehen you return the bottle .... Rather use Builders Warehouse they dont try to deliberately stealing from you.

Very friendly staff and prices are well priced 👌Shop also have a wide variety of products to use with Gass from Gass stoves to stove tops you can connect to the Gass bottlePots ect as wellThe staff are not afraid to help and thats very niceDefinitely worth it to visit this shop 👌
