Contacted Melvin to have our washing machine repaired. We arranged a time for assessment, he arrived on time and did an assessment, there after he explained what was wrong and what was needed to do the repair. When the part arrived he made contact to inform us the part arrived and asked for a convenient time and date to do the installation. He arrived on time, fixed the machine and waited for me to do a load in order to see if everything is in order. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and respectful man and we will definitely use his services again.

Extremely professional service received from MC Appliances, we contacted them to get a comparative quote for our oven that has continually broken due to incorrect repairs being performed by another company.They came out to site within 24 hours and walked us through exactly where the other company had gone wrong and what repairs would need to be conducted to ensure the oven is in perfect working order.Well presented, brilliant communication and efficient service!I recommend them to anyone.

This person came to my home go do a assessment on my defective fridge. The frigeh was faulty and when I explained to him the faults he completelchanged his story to the insurance claiming there is nothing wromg with my fridge. I would not recommend anyone to use this person. I thought he was a honest man who would report the truth to the insurance thats why I agreed to have him look at the fridge rather than someone else. However honesty is not the case. It is a pity that you have not done your job correctly. I hope someone else does not have to go through this experience I have becaue of your incompetence. I

I would highly recommend Mc Appliances. I reached out to them via WhatsApp this morning and got an immediate reply from Melvin. A repair on-site was booked for a few hours later. Melvin followed strict covid-19 precautions upon arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to source the required part (for a unique Rosieres oven) without any delay in order to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Quick, easy, affordable and professional:I am very impressed with the service I got from MC Appliances. I requested for help on a Sunday morning and Melvin came out to assist me with my Defy washing machine just an hour later. He replaced the door lock and also cleaned my machine. I was very impressed with his passionate, positive and helpful attitude. Speaking to him on site he also gave me a lot of great tips on how to best take care of my machine to avoid any future disappointment. Anyone looking for the services of a highly professional company should look no further than Mc Appliances. I found them on Google when we urgently needed the services of a technician to repair a fault on our refrigerator. Melvin said his assistant arrived within the time period that he had promised. They observed all Covid 19 protocols and quietly went about systemically analyzing the problem. Unfortunately the fault resurfaced some time after they had left. I sent Melvin a Whartsapp message to which he promptly replied. They came back the next day and by a process of elimination discovered that the control board was faulty and needed replacing. He called back later to inform me that that refrigerator control board had been discontinued. Then came a big surprise which I did not expect. They refunded the cost of the repairs. I really did not expect this. Such honesty is a rare commodity these days. I would recommend this company any time.

Extremely professional - I told Melvin the dishwasher model number and he arrived with a few spare parts for the most likely issues - in this case a broken switch. He made a check, found the issue, and showed me what was broken about the part. He had the right replacement piece and was done quickly.Melvin also arrived when he said he would, and the price was very fair for the work.
