My family is from England and we recently decided that a trip to Cape Town was well overdue. A friend of mine recommended the FZP website and I immediately hopped onto the site and started checking out the various accommodation options. Self-catering suited us down to the ground, as I love to cook and was excited to try some of the local favourites. I emailed FZP with my queries and they responded promptly, with helpful advice and tips. Their friendly service made my decision much easier and in the end I chose the Four Seasons Apartment, mostly for its incredible views. When we arrived at our apartment we were blown away – it was everything that we asked for and more and we were happy with its optimal positioning within the city. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and have hopelessly fallen in love with Cape Town – we hope to be back soon!

Bogged down with bureaucracy, lacking integrity, and brilliant at avoiding responsibility. In my emails and in person, I have dealt with five different people when renting. This type of system ensures that there is no one actually taking responsibility. They dont care about guests, either. You are just a wallet to them. It is a very cold system, in which we had to pay nearly 3 months rent up front before they would give us the keys, before we could see the flat. By far the worst part is that they falsely advertise their listings. The apartment we rented was listed as having internet included. It was not. The apartment building was supposed to have a concierge. It does not. False advertising is a big red flag. Dont rent with them and have a good time in Cape Town.

Booked an apartment with FZP Apartment Rentals - they debited my credit for one nights stay and emailed me confirmation letter and number - on arriving there there was no key left and no one had knowledge of our booking - At 5pm we got hold of Brigita on her cell number who was extremely rude, making out that it was the owners fault that we did not have accommodation and that FZP was not responsible despite it being their website and their letter of confirmation and then that it was our fault that we had not phoned before arriving to check our CONFIRMATION. After two hours of us waiting around after a text saying send proof of payment we were TOLD to find alternative accommodation as they couldnt help us with any alternative accommodation. We were also promised that we would be phoned by the manager at 9am on Monday to apologies and our money would be refunded - after four days we threatened to go to the police and we were only then refunded our money still without a phone call but a email. Please dont take a chance booking through FZP - you two might end up with out accommodation !! Dont be fooled by their fancy webpage

Very poor service. They even gave us the wrong key for the apartment we booked. We had to wait for hours to get the correct key.

The Service is more than poor from this organisation they wanted me to move out 2 days before my time because they had another Tenant that wanted to move in..THEIR SERVICE IS ZERO ZERO ZERO

The service is really poor. I was disappointed. And I did not get my deposit back up to now, And there was nothing damaged. And they couldnt even check me in even when my deposit was 150 rands short and yet I assured them will pay the 150 rands in the evening when the transfer comes through as it takes 3 working days . And by that time I have paid everything already including the monthly rental.
