My clothing were stolen from the washing lines. Reported the issue to caretaker and landlord. Nothing was done. I was only informed that it is a current issue at the complex. Peoples cloths gets stolen every now and then from the washing lines.Thereafter we got horse dryers and hand our cloths in the sun and body corporate has started reacting and threatening with fines yet nothing was done with issues reported. Guess we must look for safer places.

Fairly secure Residential Flats with a designated Shop and pool

Love the place. I have being a tenant for over 5 years and its well maintained and secure. Onsite caretaker to take care of immediate needs for tenants such as dealing with unruly tenants or cars incorrectly parked

Well run, place are next. Access Control in place, friendly staff. Nice place to visit

Was ok up to last year. This year 2020 it became a Horrible place to stay at and not safe to stay anymore and I had a garage break in recently in May 2020. They need more security and a care taker that really cares
