Safe,quiet and convenient as it is near mainroad and few kilometers from the shopping mall. Also theres a high school around. Each apartment has own parking lot.

Staying at the Premier must be the closest to a five star experience. Its comfortable. uber-modern and has lifts that really work well out of a decor-rich foyer. The apartments are wow - take a look at my photos. What is probably best is the ample parking, should you ever need your car.Most of the time you can walk to all the big attractions of Newlands, including the Rugby, Newlands Hotel, Dean Street with its sexy arcade and lots of pubs and delis. The UCT main campus is straight the road - also an easy walk.
Do work once a year for them.
