Great complex. Its child friendly and the security is on point.

My Sister inlaw and her husband just purchased their First home and what an amazing place to stay.. Extremely good Security and child friendly.. There is so much to do in the complex.. An very Safe

Security with the form to complete and the CALL to tenants- itd either one or the other doing both is OVERKILL

My son and his flatmate rents at Stay Mellville and it is a beautiful place very safe and secure, but on the morning of 9 May 2021 I had a very bad experience with a very rude female security guard. She was being very unreasonable and had tenants coming down from their homes to the gate and arguing with her because she insisted on doing things her way and arguing with the tenants. As a result of this unruly woman I couldnt get in to visit my son after waiting for half an hour and then I missed my sons birthday party. I had to take all the cake back home and just watch as tenants had to argue with her. I think stay mellville is awesome, but people like her just make people want to move out.

This is where Id grow old.From Braai areas to parks to community hall to soccer fields and friendly neighborhood.What a vibe!

Cant wait to be part of the StayMellville community amazing estate!

Visitors entry into this place takes forever. Security very confused.

Very beautiful complex with lots of open space and amenities. The security is also very strict with adds to the safety of living here. Its just missing a pool (in my opinion).

I absolutely love staying here. So quiet, safe, awesome amenities, great for kids and friendly neighbors.

The facilities in this complex are amazing!Facilities include an indoor & outdoor gym as well as a running track for adults. It is extremely child friendly with mini football fields, dedicated play areas, and a basketball court. I cant wait for the skate park, after care facilities and community centre! The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help at all times. This complex is safe, secure and family oriented... Highly recommended!
