Awesome complex, beautiful gardens..really well kept

Top notch apartment block, with many choices of flats of all sizes. Swimming pool. 24hr security guards, fingerprint and card access. Large gardens and beautiful views.

Well positioned in heart of Claremont. Near hospital, library and Cavendish Mall. Beautiful garden surroundings and 24 hour security is great.

Very safe and secured. Theres Wheelchair access. Very close to the train station and to Claremont malls. Nice parking spaces.

Very secure place. Very beautiful garden, has braai facilities and a pool. Not exactly close to shops but still walk-able. Two issues I have: 1) Elevator is very slow and one of the two elevator doesnt work most of the time. 2) We are at a water crisis and when the sprinklers are on, it is on for hours that the soils are flooding. Although its borehole water its still wasteful.Update: Both elevators are functional now. The sprinklers havent been on for a very long time. Garden is still very well maintained. 5 stars.

There is a very safe, very spacious garden, a well-managed swimming pool, and a Braai zone. We are very satisfied.
