Safe and quiet beautiful place too...just that when it rains.the water gets blocked and you struggle to walk in or out especially if you do not have a car. I love that the security is so tight you cannot come in or go out as you please if your number is not registered as a tenant.you have to have the gate number to open the gate. You are also not allowed to play your music loud

For the appartement to rent or buy in brackenfell its close with brackenfell mall

Nice little apartments but very noisy. Not for the faint hearted . If you into communal living at a cheaper cost then these apartments are exactly what you need. Apartment block needs attention and a upgrade urgently.

5 reasons to not stay here!-Terrible place to stay.- Neighbour complaints for the smallest of sounds.-Kids cant play freely because negative people complain often. -Security seems to be some sort of law enforcing squad who can only be contacted and respond to a select few tenants.-Unfair treatment of tenants. You wont appreciate the bias treatment.

The complex is perfectly situated. Theres 2 hyper markets (checkers and pick n pay) with in a kilometer of each other, with the latter practically a minute from the complex. The public library is just opposite the entrance of the complex. Primary and High schools are just behind the complex. A Virgin Active and Zone fitness are 2 min away. Tygervalley Centre and Cape Gate shopping centre are less than 10 minutes away. For those who use public transport, train station is +-600m and taxis about +-400 away. For those driving, N1 is about 2km out.If you have kids though, it is not a good complex to have kids as it doesnt have a play area. You will be fined on the daily for noise to kids playing inbetween the cars.
