Best view in Cape Town π Airbnb in Disa Park is the best place for short and long term rentals. With the beautiful city views and mountain backdrop, access to hiking trails and a short walk to Spar and restaurants. Big windows and high up in the sky, youll feel like youre soaring with the eagles.Central enough to be a stone throw away from the Waterfront, Long Street, the stadium and surrounding beaches, while still maintaining a peaceful neighbourhood vibe at the foot of the mountain.
Its where you can get nice view of the city
The people are okay. Love the field.
The building is quite old but is located close to all major attractions. Very secure complex.
A landmark in Cape Town very well managed by complex manager and his team.
Norson Transport Services provided transport and labour by moving client to new flat.
View of city bowls is amazing
Stunning views and great facilities, but windows of flats and visitor entrance areas need urgent upgrades
Beautiful view of Table Mountain .Cute apartments with neat and beautiful rooms, excellent service, Wi-Fi provided, pool area and braai area also available.
Great place βΊοΈ. They need to fix the elevator. But its an amazing place
Most awesome views if youre high up. The wind factor is scary and at the same time exciting
Go find the laundromat and indulge in all the treats Alexandra has on offer. She is gem!
Fantastic view over cape Town, directly located at table mountain.
Nice place to be at ππ
Panoramic view, 360β°
Apartment complex with amazing views, even from their parking lot. Has swimming pools, tennis courts, easily reachable hiking, and security. The state if the apartments vary a lot, and the lifts can often be out of order. The wind can be extremely strong and noisy. Its a great complex with a lot of atmosphere.
I really enjoyed staying here as the security is great and its in a beautiful area. The laundry company is a great touch. They really need to get the lifts sorted as many times I had to walk up to the 11th floor via stairs.
Great view of the city and the mountain.. The apartments are spacious and neat.. Those elevator s are really old, so dont always function correctly.. but still safe. Security guards are friendly..
It was a controversial development in the early sixties, but has become a very special part of Cape Towns skyline. Please dont ever take it down.
The place is good to stay with family as you get Parking, Swimming pool, Squash Court. However the challenge is there is too much of Wind and its almost Cold in Summers as well. Also, there are lot of agents who can help you to get the apartment, however please DONT DONT DONT take any apartment from the agent ZITA as initially they say they would provide the complete refund of the deposit but she deducts the money from the deposit as per her will and doesnt even explain you why is the amount being deducted. Also, no proper explanations and random deductions from the security amount. Please dont take any apartments from Agent named ZITA
Best views of the city and harbour
Good walking
New here but i cannot complain
This place is a great place to live in or to visit Friends.I have been Living in the complex for over 15 years. The poolarea and the braiiarea are amazing and the views are the most spectacular views in Capetown. The Maintanance staff and the security staff are also amazing.Mos off the Guys are with disapark for more than a decade.
Averagely maintained buildings and security providing housing to members of the Vredehoek community.A boost in administration and general management and security would improve the apartment blocks considerably.
Loved it
The best place for outing and braai , bring your own drinks , I like the place again and again.
This was a very controversial development in the early sixties when built.. Please take it down....
The place has lovely view of the city and Table Mountain
I loved it
Amazing views and most epic braai spot :)
Perhaps an eye sore from the outside, the complex is perhaps the most well-managed and secure apartment in Cape Town, it has unobstructed view to the entire city, even from the parking lot.
Its a shame that this building is so notorious because its an amazing complex to live in.
What a view of the city.
Really not a well run complex. Needs repainting and fixing of so much. Lift job in 3rd tower has taken a seriously unreasonable amount of time.
Very windy but a great place to stay
Great location above the city.
Δ°ts my apartment complex in cape town its the best view of cape town because its already bottom of the table mountain :)
Some love it and some hate it, those that hate it dont have these views...shame
Love the view to the mountain, town and the waterfront
Best place in the world :)
Fair
Beautiful apartments and stunning views
Great view over herbour
Lived here. Beautiful views but overpriced on airbnb and the likes.
The view just kills it
Thes no my city buss stop next to Disa park flats you have to walk up if you using my city
Only play squash there, a bit expensive considering the condition of the courts, and no ability to book, which often means a long wait to play.
Amazing views

Legend!!!
Due to the prominent location of many unpopular tower, but quite interesting architecture from the 1960s. Apartments with modern and unusual floor plans, but especially with a spectacular view over Cape Town.
