This used to be one of the nicest places to have a holiday house as times change its best to sell up, the crowd is just not the same

Its a great place for a weekend getaway, its secure and very safe . The Beach is very close about 5 minutes walk and Blueroute Mall is 10 minutes away if you need to do a bit of shopping and for Hiking the Elephants Ear is very close . We enjoy our stay there for us it was a Self catering. But there is Braai place and Swimming pool for the younger 1s.

Secure and friendly Neighbourhood. North facing. Bordering it’s own private nature reserve. Stunning views of Constantia nek and walking distance to the beach.

Great location to rent or buy. The infrastructure is amazing. Their is a onsite laundry facilities which is operated by coin and lots of space to either hang your washing but if you not that adventurous there is a tumble dryer. The pool is located at the clubhouse with a nice braai facilities which is kept in neat stead. 24/7 on site security with plenty of parking space. Having 2 cars can be a little bit of a scramble around but the visitors parking can assist with this. Coralsands is located about 10mins walk from the beach with a liquor shop with in walking distance. Convenience store located within the same walking distance. Capricorn Square is just up the road with plenty options. Great space. Great buy. Great stay.

One of the new developments in Muizenberg area closer to the sea, been here twice. Besides the odd weather Id recommend the area.

I love everything about Coral Sands. Its my vacation station away from home. My home away from home. Its a residential area with Flats all around. 5 starts on my visits. Lovely braai area and swimming pool. Plus it has a laundry service wich is easy as a pie to access. You have to explore before you can adore, truelly Coral Sands is a place you have to visit to experience muizenberg at its finest. Greatness is here.

Secure complex, laundry and braai facilities available. Swimming pool to enjoy and a hall to use for provate events.

Went to view a place here and wasnt left with a great impression. The next door neighbour had newspaper instead of curtains in his windows. Theres sea sand everywhere in the common area, so you drag it in on your feet.
