Beautiful block of flats. Place to consider when looking to rent.

This is a new establishment and I must say, the security is very efficient when I visited there. The place is kept neat and tidy.

Since I moved in no maintainance was done, I cant lock the door, the walls still dirty and have cracks , my sink by the bathroom water is not flowing and theres a smell coming out when ever I use the sink by the kitchen mind you by the time I came for viewing they showed me a different room and when it was time for me to move in they gave me the one with problems and the agent blinded my eye by saying I must not worry they will sort me quick , few weeks down the line when I lay a complaint they told me I must stop looking for attention its not like its only me who have problems in this complex as if Im asking for a favor or Im owing them.

Well built complex

Not very child friendley. Children cant play outside with balls then everyone complains. If they told you that before we rented we would have never taken the place.

Meh. Brackenfell complex. Cheaply built, overcrowded area. Neat. Commute is a nightmare.

Far from the city and mountain but a great complex

Dont ever live here they might as well call this a old age home it is very very unpleasant and the real estate agents as well as the Body Corporate or so unprofessional it blows ones mind if you can avoid this place like the plague
