Great place to live secure and friendly

Not very child friendly.not allowed to take your visitors to pool facilities. People are not very friendly. If your have teenage boys , this is not the place to rent or buy

Its not called Avondale Gardens (and the picture used by Maps is actually Waterford close) but there is a nice and peaceful greenbelt next to Waterford close for people to take their dogs for a walk or admire some birds and creatures of nature

Its a bit small but lovely and quiant.

Its a nice place but the nathroom looks worn out. The apartments have three bedrooms and a tiny kitchen and bathroom, as well as living room.
