I booked this apartment on booking.com and 3 days before I was to occupy it ,they messaged me that it’s no longer available without any reasonable explanation instead I should alternatively book one of their other apartments in their building or cancel.I think the owners use this apartment to entice clients to book because of the views and what it looks like when they actually want to stay at the Urban Oasis place.

Nothing was as it seemed at boojing. Aircon didnt wirk.. Drains blocked

I had a booking at the Urban Oasis at the Four Seasons from 21st October to 25th October and I am deeply shocked. The quality of the hotel was shocking. It was not what we expected. It was extremely noisy. The corridors smelt. Getting the keys was okay.We didnt even stay there for one night. We left within an hour of getting there and plan to drop off the keys tomorrow (22nd October).

Good service. Friendly staff. The pictures do not do the apartment justice because it is better than the pictures.

Central. Brilliant coffee shops nearby. Secure. Pool deck with stunning views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. Close to major attractions.

Extremely badly organized, DON’T USE them!!!!!!! No reception, works via security giving keys to guests based on a post box key which they or the booking agency know nothing about. Eventually gave up and walked away...

Great central location to go and explore Cape Town. Easy to get to from the airport and also has gated secure parking. Great coffee shop over the road as well

Oh where do I start...Sadly all the negative points from the comments before hit us all together.Negative:- when we arrived we couldnt close on of the windows at first because the lower part was ripped out (we fixed this on our own)- the lower panel to the boiler room was ripped out an was laying on the floor which led the view to the ugly and dirty floor which the panel was supposed to hide (we fixed this on our own)- internet not working 90 percent of the time (tried with multiple devices) therefore no TV and no communication- the air conditioning worked for the first 20 minutes then suddenly it started to heat instead of cooling (it still was on cooling setting - so it was set up right)- we had one of the apartments which was facing the harbor. Sadly a big and getting renovated building is directly in front of it which is ruining the landscape (to be fair: not the hotels fault...)- there are also private apartments inside the building with people who like to discuss on the main floor at night... But they went quite after we told them (they were actually really nice people)- the key pickup process is a totally confusing: you have to pick them up on another building (which is 50 meters away). Luckily we read about that before we arrived. The misleading info was that we received an email that said we can check in one day before that with their app. But this doesnt mean you can directly check in when you arrive: you still have to wait until 3 pm. This was our own fault but still misleading for guests...- the locking and closing mechanism to the bathroom door is broken. You cant really close the door.- the guards at the reception in both buildings. I couldnt decide which of them was more unfriendly...Positive:+ apartment was really clean+ located inside a very good district with many opportunities to go out (especially the coffee bar in front is worth a visit)+ has an own washing machine (which we didnt use because of the water crisis)+ pool and gym at the roofThe broken stuff was fixed in like 10 minutes. I dont get why it wasnt like this from start - it was giving us a very bad first impression...I wouldnt visit this place again. For about 1k ZAR per night I would rent something different next time.

This is an apartment complex. Really well managed and rentals are realistically priced hence the 4 stars

The staff is very friendly, shop are all located nearby, the room is equiped with all you need, and the view of the room is stunning. I would highly recommed to stay at the four seasons.

Really not worth the rental that the landlords are asking for. The body corp takes forever to get anything fixed or renovated.

DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING USING THE NUMBER DISPLAYED. MY FRIENDS AND I GOT SCAMMED AND WEVE OPENED A CASE WITH SAPS AS WELL AS FNB WHERE THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED
