Views are nice from top floors, fairly peacefully depending on where your flat is, as ive had issues with other tenants and noise, but i suppose thats common in a flat situation. but the building has a MASSIVE issue with cockroaches and electricity costs and body corp say its too expensive and wont solve the issue to fumigate . as each flat has shared ventilation they travel through those, and its almost impossible to close up. as many things like geysers and so on share this space.
