This is an extremely noisy apartment building. If you are not a student and want to live here, reconsider... parties every night, noisy corridors and students not showing much consideration for the people (that actually have jobs and need to work the next day) that live in the block. The lack of noise management is a huge problem here. This block should be renamed: Obs Dormitory.
