Fantastic, modern mixed-use building with Lamborghini showroom on the ground floor, offices upstairs and apartments at the top section of the building. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bistros, with easy access to the sun-splashed Century City Square with its trees, fountains and cascading water features. This is the perfect urban space in an outstanding location with convenient access to an array of world-class hospitality, transport, retail and leisure amenities all within easy walking distance.

The Design and security is great. The views of Table Mountain even more spectacular

BAD INVESTMENT!!! Terrible residential apartments. Metal panels of the building make an unbearable noise when the wind blows. The convention centre brings crowds which adds to the noise, as it echoes into the apartments. The parking booms never work, leaving people stuck in the basement, with no sign of help.

Great building but wouldn’t recommend the residential apartments.

Prime office space with building quality that is not up to scratch.If you look past the non square corners and edges, it is well located office space.
