REFUSE TO RECYLE! Menace to the neighbours. This block puts out at least 12 bins absolutely overflowing with recyclable materials and then leave it to block our drains, and block driveways, attract rats and create a stench - not to mention the environment. We have begged their body corporate for years to simply provide recycling bins for their residents but everyone is totally apathetic and indifferent. They blame the bin-pickers who are attracted to the recyclable goodies and then end up making a mess. Desperate to get through to them. Organising a recycling bin and collection will cost them nothing.
