Staff very morbid and unhelpful.i asked one staff member if they stocked a specific item and he answered yes, when i asked him where i could find it in the shop he gave me directions to a different shop not even affiliated with Cash Converters, i then asked a different staff member about this other shop and i was met with a very unhelpful look on his face and in his tone of voice.Either Cash Converters over-works their staff to the point of misery or their staff arent interested in helping customers.

Generally a nice store and have some good bargains, was a bit dissapointed that they closed 15 minutes earlier than advertised on Saturday. Would have liked to have popped in. Otherwise have found good stuff in the past and staff are friendly

Very busy ona Saturday so have some patience, the staff is helpful and willing .......ask for a bargain...
